Today, Foto Shangri-La is a retail chain comprising 1 ground floor shop and 3 retail outlets in major shopping complexes in the Klang Valley : Plaza Low Yat, Mid Valley Megamall and 1 Utama Shopping Centre. In mid July 2010, Foto Shangri-La has added Game Shop to its forte. Game Shop is located at Uppwer Ground Floor of Plaza Low Yat.

On-site colour digital photo printing services are offered as well. Another related business activity is the importing and exporting of photographic equipments.

In March 2007, Foto Shangri-La expanded by opening its first Sony Centre at Mid Valley Megamall, followed by Plaza Low Yat and Aeon Tebrau City Shopping Centre in Johor Bahru respectively.
